Our audit will:
- identify and document your hardware configuration - age, capacity, known faults, renewal date
- examine key IT-based processes to ensure they are efficient and robust
- identify any areas of weakness and suggest improvements, whether hardware, software, training, outsourcing or change of supplier
- identify key external services and suppliers such as hardware providers, network support, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website design and hosting agency
- check that suitable protection of data and systems is in place; firewall and virus protection in place, access controls on sensitive information and regular backups
- identify critical points of failure and review contingency plans (e.g. main server dies, web hosting company goes out of business, phone/power outage).
